Michael Denton

Michael Denton has over 30 years experience as a woodcarver and over 20 years experience as teacher, trainer, and technical writer. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond & he is employed as a contracted technical writer. Micheal was inspired to begin carving when his great uncle gave him a monkey carved from a peach seed. In 1990, he discovered caricature carving & now carves Santa Claus, WeeFolk, Christmas ornaments, & folk characters.
