 Renee LeeMost of Renee Lee's adult life has been centered around her work in the retail side of a home improvement store. Though others have always considered her to be creative, it was not until a trip to the Gem & Mineral Show in Tucson, Arizona in 2006 that she really began to apply herself. For Renee, seeing the beautiful wonders of the world & unique items fashioned with & from them convinced her to start her own business, thus "Outside the Norm" was born.
