Fine Woodworking

The woodworking class at PHCC instructs individuals in the craft of fine woodworking and prepares them to design and construct high quality, custom-built furniture and accessories.

Students who enroll in these classes learn the basics of woodturning, from spindle work and face plate turning, to the many types and uses of tools and woods. Graduates in the program are prepared to establish their own fine woodworking business.

Students complete 25 credit hours for the Career Studies Certificate in Fine Woodworking.
