SHIPPING INFORMATION
The Southern Virginia Artisan Center ships UPS ground on most items unless otherwise requested. Please allow 2-4 regular business days for shipping in the eastern half of the US and 3 or more for the western half of the US. Shipping charges are shown in the chart below. All merchandise shipped within the US will be shipped according to these charges unless otherwise noted. Items requiring additional shipping due to additional weight, size or region will be noted on the merchandise page. Please e-mail or call for shipping costs other than UPS ground. For items valued over $100, additional insurance costs will be added to shipping total.
Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling
and shipping. Shipping charges are subject to changes without prior notice.

Please note: Items up to $100 are insured through UPS. For items over $100, additional insurance will be added to shipping charges at a rate of $1.00 per $100 of value.
RETURN POLICY
The Southern Virginia Artisan Center (SVAC) stands behind the quality and workmanship that goes into every piece of art. Each piece is hand-made and may contain variations that are due to the process and are not considered defects. If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact the SVAC at 276-632-0066 within 5 days of receipt of the item. Items must be returned in original condition with sales receipt and tags attached within 14 days of SVAC's shipping date to receive credit by method of original payment. All return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded by Southern Virginia Artisan Center. Insurance and tracking are recommended for return shipments, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit to our return address. If the item is received after 14 days of SVAC's original shipping date, the item will be returned to our inventory and no credit will be issued to the customer.
DAMAGES
If damages occur during shipping, please contact 276-632-0066 or email SVAC at contact@southernvirginiaartisancenter.org within 5 days of receiving your shipment. SVAC will notify UPS and a claim will be filed for damages. UPS will determine proper handling of damage claim. Please leave damaged item as received in original shipping package with original packing material so UPS will be able to determine proper procedures.
PAYMENT
All payment information is sent through a secure server which encrypts the information
for your protection. We accept Visa and MasterCard. You also have the option of sending
us your order and then calling in your credit card information. Our business hours are Monday -
Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. If you are sending in your order during off hours or
weekends, please call the following business day with your credit card information.
PRIVACY
The Southern Virginia Artisan Center does not collect or retain credit card numbers.
Any information collected to process online orders is used for internal purposes
only and will not be sold to or shared with any person, business, or entity.
